Wear Yellow to School Day for Deaf Awareness Week
Back
In support of Deaf Awareness Week the Hearing Resource Base at TLA is encouraging students to accessorise their uniforms with a ‘splash of yellow’, to raise money for the National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) charity. On Friday 7 May, students will be allowed to wear different accessories, alongside their full school uniform, at the small cost of 50p donation per student.
Accessories that are worn may include: Boots and shoes, cravats, ties, bow tie, hats, belts, gloves, ear-muffs, hair and head accessories, jewellery, watches, sashes, shawls, scarves and socks.
